#44 1937, Turku, 813 silver grade pair of soup spoons by Aran Kultaseppa, Turku (1937-1995). Fully marked with Maker's mark, Finland mark, grade, location and date. Nothing more to add. First year of company existence. #49 ca 1740, London, Sterling silver mote spoon. Mote spoons were used in England for tea service before tea strainer was introduces. The bowl of the spoon was used to scoop tea leaves out of the cup, and the spike at the end to clear the nose passage on the tea pot, excellent condition
