• PAYMENT
  • Valid check, money order, instant payment by Zelle, Western Union are accepted along with cash, PayPal, VISA and MC and bank wire transfer. For payments by PayPal and credit cards a 3.5% administration charge will be added for domestic or 4.5% for overseas transactions.
  • To wire transfer to my account directly please contact me at basok@rustypennies.com for bank information and add $15 wire transfer fee.
    Please check if your bank deposits directly to ours, and if a third bank (correspondent bank) is involved there will be additional charges.
  • All payment are in $US.
  • On all orders, add postage!
    
  • Foreign Payments MUST be made in advance in the form of a bank draft payable in U.S. Dollars and drawn on an U.S. BANK.

  • Within the US:
    • by Insured Mail up to $500
      • $6 up to $50
      • $8 from $50 to $200
      • $10 from $200 to $300
      • $12 from $300 to $500
    • by Regestered Mail over $500
      • $16 from $500 to $1000
      • $20 from $1000 to $2000
      • $25 on orders over $2000
        
    • On orders consisting of heavy items, add additional postage. Please contact us to verify.
    
    
  • Outside U.S.:
    • International buyers are required to secure their own insurance, or accept, in writing, that shipment will only be sent at their risk due to U.S. Postal insurance limits.
    • International Customers pay a fixed price of $20 for S&H for each order, assuming the order is within reasonable weight limits, because abroad we ship resisted mail.
    • Global Express mail (EMS) provides $100 automatic insurance and delivers within 2-4 days. Postage varies for different countries and weights.

• RETURN POLICY.

  There is an unconditional guarantee of the authenticity of all coins sold by us.
  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price less S&H.
  All credit card returns will not include 3.5% administration charge fee and bank wire return will not include $15 bank transfer fee.
  Customers also may request a credit be given to them toward a future purchase, in which case S&H will not be deducted.
